Seiji Sugita is a professor of University of Tokyo in planetary science. He earned BSc and MSc in geophysics from University of Tokyo before receiving Ph.D. in planetary geology from Brown Univ. in 1999. After worked for a year in NASA Ames Research Center, he returned to the University of Tokyo. He served JAXA’s Hayabusa2 as the PI of the multi-band camera.
