Bubbling Bennu
1 1/2 oz Tito’s vodka 1/2 oz butterfly pea flower tea
3 oz lemonade
Soda water (optional)
Ice
Add Tito’s and lemonade to a Collins glass with ice. Add butterfly pea flower tea and watch the color change. Top with soda water and garnish with a lemon slice if desired.
Astropolitan
1 ounce (2 tablespoons) vodka or citron vodka*
1 ounce (2 tablespoons) 100% cranberry juice (do not use sweetened!)
½ ounce (1 tablespoon) Triple Sec
½ ounce (1 tablespoon) lime juice
1 lime wedge
Place the Tito’s vodka, cranberry juice, triple sec and lime juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake 15 seconds until cold. Strain the liquid into a martini glass. Squeeze with the lime wedge and serve, garnished with a lime wheel if desired.
Ryugu on the Rocks
2 1/2 ounces Tito’s vodka
1/2 ounce dry vermouth
Place the vodka and dry vermouth in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake 15 seconds until cold. Pour into a lowball glass.
Bennu Fizz
1 1/2 oz Tito’s vodka
4 oz club soda cold
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon sugar
ice
Place the vodka, lemon juice and sugar cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Fill the shaker with ice and shake for 30 seconds until cold. Pour into a lowball glass with ice and top with club soda.
