Combining science, education, outreach, art, culture, and sustainable development, the International Congress–Festival-CIRIR 2023 is to be hold in the Rochechouart impact structure. A field trip and a drill core sample screening party will follow the event from July 4 to 6. Owing to the success of the event, it will be renewed to help developing the interest of young scientists and the public at large, in impact processes and their role in the evolution of planets and life.
